For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in EN 115-1:2017 and EN 115-1:2008+A1:2010 apply.

For the purpose of this document, the list of significant hazards given in EN 115-1:2017 and EN 115- 1:2008+A1:2010 apply.
5 Correlation between EN 115-1:2017 and EN 115-1:2008+A1:2010 and vice versa
This Technical Report is presented in the form of two tables. Table 1 provides a correlation between EN 115-1:2008+A1:2010 and EN 115-1:2017 based upon the chronological clause references of EN 115- 1:2008+A1:2010. Table 2 provides a similar correlation but using EN 115-1:2017 as the base document for comparison.
Each clause is cross-referenced to its equivalent clause and the table illustrates the status of the text or requirement. Guidance is given on whether the clause has remained unchanged, is modified, is new or has been deleted.
Where appropriate a short explanation is given in the“Remarks” column to highlight changes and new requirements contained in the revision of EN 115-1:2017.
